Licensing Summary

Exclusivity
Each print design (including colourways) is sold once only and removed from the store after purchase.

File Delivery
Following successful payment, the customer will receive a downloadable PDF containing a private link through which the purchased artwork files can be accessed and downloaded.

The downloadable PDF supplied at checkout is an access document and does not itself contain the final editable artwork files.

Customers are responsible for downloading and securely storing their purchased artwork files. Access links must not be shared, distributed or made publicly available.

INA Studios reserves the right to update the location or method of file delivery where necessary. If a customer experiences difficulty accessing purchased files, they should contact INA Studios for assistance.

Usage
Your purchase includes exclusive rights to use the design for unlimited production of end products, such as garments or accessories.

Restrictions
The design cannot be resold, redistributed, or shared as a digital file, and must only be used as part of a finished product.

Colour Amendments
A custom colour amendment service is available as an optional add-on. This service includes one bespoke colourway and takes 2–3 working days to complete.

Returns
Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final and non-refundable.
